JOB DESCRIPTION- Research Analysis I
Responsibilities for the Research Analysis but is not limited to helping Senior Management with their work loads, heavy interaction with clients, very good relationship management skills is needed, generate reports in excel so excellent excel skills is needed.
POSITION TYPE: Hourly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer Service to internal and external clients.
• Respond effectively to customers (internal and external) and actively participate in discussions to help the department run more efficiently.
• Senior Management Support
• Work with team members to identify potential suggested solution.
• Generate Reports in Excel
• Complete tasks as delegated by Relationship Management/Division Management.
• Participate in ongoing enhancement/training of team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum; real estate/mortgage banking courses helpful.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle frequent changes.
• Creative/innovative problem solver.
• PC skills required. Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Good people skills required.
• Confidentiality required in handling of security.
