2-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
High School diploma required
Minimum 2 years management experience in the automotive tire and service industry required
Strong operations management skills required
Strong human resource management skills required
Strong communications skills required
Strong customer service skills required
Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends
