POSITION: Research Scientist

JOB SUMMARY: Develop analytical methods for the chemical (particularly lipid) composition and physical characteristics of PUFA products, food ingredients, and products of microbial fermentations for such purposes as product development, discovery research, process improvements, stability evaluation, or product characterization.
LOCATION: Columbia, MD
REQUIREMENTS: PhD or MS with 3+ years of experience in a relevant discipline of analytical chemistry.
Practical experience in advanced analytical separations/chromatography is required.
Previous experience with lipids, lipid-soluble products, or compounds is preferred.
Knowledge of and experience in GLP’s is a plus.
In depth knowledge of chromatography science.
