Nationwide Electrical Testing, Inc. is Seeking a Power System Maintenance Field Technician for its Metro Atlanta, Georgia office. Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

* Test, troubleshoot, repair, and clean equipment
* Perform duties on transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, panel meters, motor starters, and motor control centers
* Travel to various work assignments throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina
* Working in a team environment on various tasks

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED
* A minimum of 5 years experience in power maintenance and testing
* Working knowledge in transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, panel meters, motor starters, motor control centers, panel boards, and disconnect switches
* Experience in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and testing
* Switchgear and electrical design experience
* Ability to travel 30-50% of time throughout the United States
* Must have a dependable vehicle
* NETA certification is preferred
