The unemployment rate in America is now over 8%.  My mission is to Reduce the Rate to 4% – thus this blog.  Job Wicket is a job board with thousands of job openings listed.  However, millions of Americans are still unemployed.

The purpose of this blog is two-fold:

(1)  Create a simple system for employers to post new job openings and list their contact email or website and then be able to easily spread the word about the job opening to jobseekers.  The jobseeker contacts the employer direct without having to register or sign up and go through an agent.

(2)  Jobseekers can post a micro-resume or video resume and list their contact email or phone number.  Employers view the micro-resume and, if interested, contacts the jobseeker direct and immediately without having to go through an agent.

America needs to get unemployed workers back to work and employers need qualified workers to meet business demands.  Therefore, this system, 824pct, will achieve those goals.  The benefits of this system, again, is two-fold:

(1)  The employer nor the jobseeker ever pay a fee – it costs absolutely nothing to either party.

(2)  The job vacancy is filled faster and the worker starts getting a paycheck quicker.

Easy.  Simple.  Direct.  Quick.
